Two short films tell where our cooking comes from and how CHENTANNOS found its way to Innsbruck's old town.
A film about the island our cooking comes from: sheep in front of a nuraghe, wheat, ancient olive trees, bread from the wood oven, pecorino, culurgiones and fregola, and finally the long table where Sardinian families eat together. The lines in the film are about what is handed down there from one generation to the next.
By the sea in Sardinia, a woman in traditional dress folds a paper boat and sets it afloat. In Innsbruck it arrives on the river Inn, is unfolded and leads through the old town to our door at Kaiserjägerstraße 2. We opened with this film on 1 October 2026.
